It is the pattern that will be completely enclosed in silicone once the RTV silicone is poured around it. It is now the silicone that will be allowed to cure. To remove it from the master pattern that certain cuts need to be done. The urethane material is then to be poured into the silicone parts and will be allowed to harden. It is now the urethane material that can be removed from the silicone mold once it hardens. Iit is now the silicone mold that can be reused for further production.
